Mistis' Adventures Part 166Mike, Robbi, Bruce, and Annie had been to lunch and were surprised to hear a loud yelling, and screaming front of the cafe. They had been discussing things that they still needed to do before they opened their shop. Annie had, jokingly, remarked that they needed a bed in the back room. "How do you expect me to "take care" of customers if I don't have a bed to do it in?" she giggled. "Some of them will need a place to take me, and many of them can't get up off the floor after I'm finished with them, or when they finish with ME!!!"Their laughter was drowned out by the furor of the yelling and cursing. Bruce and Mike looked up to see a Deputy holding some papers out to the waitress. She was standing defiantly, her hands behind her, and shaking her head. "NOT NO, BUT HELL NO!!!" she screamed. "YOU AIN'T SERVING ME WITH NO FUCKING PAPERS!!! TAKE THOSE DAMN THINGS TO WHERE YA GOT 'EM, AND STUFF THEM UP THEIR ASS!!!" The Deputy calmly held the papers out to her. "Ma'am. I've got witnesses that I am serving you with these writs, and if you don't take them, I will have to arrest you, and take you before the judge. He will give them to you, or he will hold you in contempt, and put you in jail for as long as necessary for you to accept them, and comply with them. One set has already been served to your bank, and we will have the information we need for that part. The only one that you will be concerned with is the restraining order. If you come within 100 yards of the plaintiff, or communicate with her, she can have you arrested for Assault, Assault and Battery, if you touch her, or Harassment, and Failure to comply with a Restraining Order, if you call her on any telephone. The choice is up to you. Either take these papers, or I will arrest you."Mike and Bruce had both met the Deputy. He was the one named Eli, that was such good friends with Bennie. Mike and Bruce, both, had unsnapped the loops on their sidearms, in case he needed help. Annie and Robbi had opened their purses to gain access to THEIRS. He had 4 allies if he needed them. He glanced over the woman's shoulder and saw the way the 4 of them were sitting, and the way they nodded to him told him what he needed, and wanted, to know. He also, instantaneously, recognized Annie.WELL!!! WHICH IS IT GOING TO BE?" Eli demanded. She smirked, and reached out and took them. "Let me put them in my purse. she said, moving around the counter. She reached down, and, at the same time, the lady behind the counter said, "Why don't you put them under your pistol, so they won't fall out so easy?" In a flash, everyone there was on the floor, except for the little group in the back corner. THEY were standing, facing their friend, and had drawn THEIR guns, and had dead aim on the woman. Eli had grabbed his taser, and fired it into her. She was on the floor, jerking spasmodically, as he hit the trigger for the second time. He went around the counter and took a small pistol from her purse and ejected the clip. It was a small 9mm. that was often referred to as a 'Saturday Night Special." He withdrew her wallet, and went through the papers, looking for a Concealed Carry Permit, but there was none. He replaced the assorted cards and other things in the wallet, and put it back in her purse.He rolled her limp body over and put her hands behind her back, and applied the handcuffs. One of the other patrons slid a chair over to Levi. He nodded his thanks, and sat her down in it. Annie was the first to approach him. "Here go, Neighbor. Let me give ya a hand. I'll search 'er for ya." several of the people had pulled out their phones, to record what was being done. Annie went over her with a fine tooth comb, and told Eli, "Lift 'er up and I'll check what I couldn't, before." Annie reached up her skirt to feel the area between her legs, after telling another lady to move in close to record her. "Don't want to be sued for feeling her crotch or her boobs." She found nothing between her legs, that wasn't supposed to be there, and reached over her shoulder to stick he hand inside her blouse, and under her bra. She looked up at Eli. "Good thing I checked 'er. She might have hurt one of my favorite neighbors." She handed Eli a switchblade knife. Eli asked for, and was given a plastic bag, and deposited all her things in it.. With help from Annie and Robbi, she was taken out and strapped into the back seat, manacled, and secured. Bruce had been on the phone, and had called 911 to get assistance for Eli. As they were closing the door to his Explorer, 2 policemen arrived, and had the situation explained to them. They, then, came around and told him that they would "keep an eye" on her while he finished his search.Robbi, new enough to the area that she wasn't acquainted with either of them, asked Annie to introduce her, and told them, "I'll keep ya company, so she don't try to say ya' were bad little boys with her. I'm new to this area. We just moved up from Texas. We ran the B
